13th Annual Mike Scherer Memorial Golf Tournament
arc_golf_benefit_logo_jpegThe Arc's 13th Annual Scherer Memorial Golf Benefit was held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Links at Redstone. The benefit joins local neighborhoods, businesses and government officals to raise funds for programs and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Madison County.

Founding Sponsor. The fundraiser was founded by a former president of the the Arc board of directors and CSC employee, Mike Scherer. After his death in 2006, the benefit was renamed in his honor. His daughter is a client of the Arc and his wife, Beverly is an active participant in the benefit.

Legacy Continues. CSC continues Scherer's legacy with the help of dedicated employees in multiple locations and business units.

$2.5 million dollars and counting...As a founding member of the benefit, CSC has generated interest from other businesses and has helped to raise over 2.5 million dollars since 2000.
